Terms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile game Trap Devil ("the game"). By downloading, installing or playing it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Your licence to play

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Trap Devil on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game itself, including its code, artwork, level designs, sounds and name, remains our property and is protected by copyright.

What you agree not to do

• Copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the game or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
• Repackage the game or distribute modified versions, including versions with the advertising removed or replaced.
• Use automated tools, cheats or exploits to interfere with the game or its advertising.

Advertising

Trap Devil is free to play and is funded by advertising served through Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and rewarded — you choose to watch them in exchange for skipping a level or refilling lives. Others appear between levels. Ad content is supplied by Google and its advertising partners, not by us, and we do not endorse the products advertised. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your saved progress

Your progress is stored only on your device. We do not back it up and cannot restore it. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or using Reset Progress will permanently erase it.

Availability and changes

We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop supporting it at any time. We aim for the game to work well on supported devices, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors on every device.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Age

Trap Devil is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

Google Play

The game is distributed through Google Play, and your use of it is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the game.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continuing to play after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
