The level is impossible

It isn't, but it is supposed to feel that way. Every level in Trap Devil has been tested to confirm a route to the door exists with the traps active. Most walls are a trap you have not identified yet — try deliberately doing the thing the level seems to be discouraging.

If you are genuinely stuck, die three times on the level and a Skip button appears. Watching a short ad skips the level and unlocks the next one.

I lost my progress

Progress is saved on your device only — there is no account and no cloud backup. It is erased if you uninstall the game, clear its storage, or use Settings → Reset Progress. Unfortunately it cannot be recovered once gone.

Ads are not loading

A few common causes:

• No connection. Ads need internet access. The game itself plays fine offline — you just will not be offered rewarded ads.
• Nothing to serve. Occasionally there is no ad available for your region at that moment. Try again later.

If an ad fails, the game never blocks you: skipping a level or continuing still works.

The game shows a fake crash / a fake notification

That is a trap, not a bug. A small number of levels deliberately fake an interface glitch or a phone notification to make you flinch at the wrong moment. Your phone is fine and the game has not crashed.

Turning off sound or music

Main menu → Settings. Sound effects and music have separate toggles, and your choice is remembered.

Reporting a bug

Email us with:

• Your phone model and Android version
• The level number it happened on
• What you did just before it happened

A screen recording, if you have one, is the single most useful thing you can send.
